As part of the annual 2026 membership benefits running from 1 January to 31 December 2026, registered POP MART members can redeem one exclusive birthday badge during their birthday month:

• Exclusive Item: PUCKY Birthday Limited Badge - International Ver (September Edition).
• Eligibility Requirement: Must be a registered POP MART app member with a verified September birth date.
• Purchase Condition: Requires a valid receipt from a same-day visit at the same store, applicable only to full-priced items (exclusions apply).

How to Redeem

• Download and register an account on the official POP MART app.
• Visit your local POP MART retail store in Malaysia during your birthday month.
• Make an in-store purchase of any full-priced item.
• Present your POP MART app membership QR code alongside your original, valid identification document at the counter for verification.
• The store team will verify and record your name, date of birth, and date of redemption before issuing your badge.

Promotion Period & Locations

The September Birthday Badge is available for redemption starting 8 September 2026. Redemptions can be made at official POP MART physical stores across Malaysia during operational hours, strictly while stocks last.

Terms & Conditions

• Redemption is open only to registered POP MART members whose verified date of birth falls in September.
• Customers must present an original valid ID (Malaysian Identification Card, Chinese Resident ID Card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan residents, or a valid foreign national ID). Photocopies, photos, or screenshots of IDs and QR codes will not be accepted.
• The birth date on the identification card must strictly match the registered app account birthday information.
• Redemption on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
• Each member is entitled to redeem the birthday benefit only once per year.
• Replacements, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted once the badge has been redeemed.
• Badges are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, strictly while stocks last.
