How to Redeem

- Make a purchase of any full-priced item in-store.
- Present your membership QR code directly from the POP MART app.
- Provide an original valid identification document for verification.
Required Documentation
Store staff will verify your name, date of birth, and date of redemption. The birth date on your ID must match your registered POP MART birthday information. Acceptable original IDs include:
- Malaysian Identification Card
- Domestic Customers (Mainland China): Chinese Resident ID Card or Electronic ID
- Hong Kong / Macau Residents: Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents or Chinese Travel Document
- Taiwan Residents: Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Chinese Travel Document
- Others: Valid ID issued by the respective country/region
