15 February 2026 (Sunday) – Pre-CNY Schedule

On the Sunday before Chinese New Year, most outlets will be operating as usual, making it a great day to get your fix before the holiday rush. However, please note the specific timing for outlets in Penang:

• Butterworth @ Penang: 11:30am – 4:00pm
• Other Outlets: Open as usual

16 February 2026 (Monday) – CNY Eve

On Chinese New Year Eve, many branches will take a break, but selected key locations remain open to serve you.

• Puchong Impiana @ Selangor: 11:30am – 9:30pm

Good news for everyone else! All Sushi Mentai outlets across Malaysia will officially resume business on 20 February 2026 (Friday). You can head to your nearest branch starting from this date for your regular dining sessions.

Special Note for East Malaysia

For customers in Sarawak, you are in luck! The outlets in Kuching, Sibu, Miri, and Bintulu will remain open as usual every day during the Chinese New Year period.
