How to Redeem / How It Works

West Malaysia outlets accept walk-in reservations with full payment upon booking. In East Malaysia, the buffet is strictly walk-in only and no reservations are allowed. Child pricing applies to children aged 6 to 12, and identification may be required for verification. Children aged 5 and below may dine for free but will not receive complimentary items.

Smile Points may be collected during the buffet session but cannot be redeemed. Each dining session is limited to a maximum duration of 90 minutes to ensure a smooth dining flow for all guests.
