How to Redeem / How It Works

Participating in the 31 Flavors Buffet is simple and straightforward. Upon your arrival at the store, you will purchase your entry and receive a dedicated, brightly colored wristband. This wristband serves as your official proof of purchase and your golden ticket to the All-You-Can-Eat experience. You must get your wristband to enjoy the buffet, and it must be worn securely on your wrist at all times while inside the outlet.

To ensure fairness and a smooth flow for everyone, the buffet allows you to redeem one (1) Kids Scoop per visit to the counter. You have the choice of enjoying your scoop in either a Cup or a Cone. Once you finish your delicious scoop, simply head back to the counter to claim your next flavor. Remember, the marathon is a test of endurance, so pace yourself as you navigate through our vibrant selection of ice creams!

This exclusive dessert event is happening for strictly 5 days only, running from 23 February to 27 February 2026. The 31 Flavors Buffet is available at all Baskin-Robbins outlets nationwide, with the sole exception of our Kidzania branch.

To accommodate your evening cravings, we have updated and extended our timings. Please take careful note of the specific buffet hours based on the type of outlet you choose to visit:

• Shopping Mall Outlets: The buffet runs from 7.00pm to 10.00pm. Please note that the last purchase for wristbands will be at 9.00pm.
• Shoplot & Petrol Station Outlets: The buffet is extended further, running from 7.00pm to 11.00pm. The last purchase for wristbands at these locations will be at 9.30pm.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure a fantastic and seamless experience for all our buffet guests, please read through the following important terms and conditions before joining the marathon:

• Each wristband is valid for one (1) person only and is valid for one (1) day only.
• No sharing of ice cream is allowed under the buffet promotion.
• A wristband will be issued as proof of purchase and must be worn at all times during the event.
• Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and will not be replaced if they are lost or damaged.
• The buffet is applicable to Kids Scoop only (served in a Cup or Cone). Guests are limited to one (1) scoop per redemption at the counter.
• This promotion is strictly for dine-in; no takeaway is allowed.
• Seating priority inside the outlet will be given to buffet customers during peak hours.
• This offer is not valid with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
• All ice cream redemptions are subject to availability and are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Ice cream flavours available are subject to individual outlet availability and may vary by time and location.
